Products offered through our core business services. For each service offering we have established customer service centers to assist our members, customer and consumers with any questions they may have:
MAF Collection Services (MAFCollection.com) - Consumer and commercial collections and related service offerings have been in place to organizations in all industries since 1958.
MAF Mortgage Services (MAFMortgage.com) - We offer consumer mortgage and related real estate services to assist mortgage brokers, mortgage bankers, lenders and other appropriate parties with the establishment and refinancing of real estate loans and other related real estate services for consumers. The services include credit data from each of the three credit repositories, including credit scoring and evaluation, appraisals, flood certifications, FNMA reporting, validation of current employment, other verification matters as well as real estate related closing services delivered principally via web-based communications.
MAF Background Screening Services (MAFScreening.com) - Our employment and residential background screening services allow employers and property owners to better decide if they wish to hire an individual or rent property to a consumer. These services include an array of criminal checks, both local and national in scope, employee drug-testing, as well as related individual verification and allowed credit data checks all of which is delivered through use of a proprietary web-based application.
As we team with our members and customers to understand their ever-changing needs in the marketplace, we are committed to grow and develop our services in these areas. The Association’s historical tie to the credit industry, dating back to 1916, is a significant factor in delivery of all our business services.
